2. Regulatory Information
Impound specializes in facilitating the release of vehicles from UK police impounds. We act solely as an introducer to FCA regulated insurance businesses. We are not an insurance company and do not provide insurance quotations directly.

3. Our Services
We provide specialist services for vehicle release from police impounds, including:
- Facilitation of vehicle release documentation
- Introduction to FCA regulated insurance providers
- Coordination with impound facilities
- Verification of required documentation
- Guidance through the release process
Important: While we facilitate the process, we do not directly provide insurance or guarantee the release of any vehicle. The final decision rests with the relevant authorities and insurance providers.
4. Service Limitations
Our service limitations include:
- We do not provide insurance policies directly
- We cannot guarantee vehicle release timeframes
- We are not responsible for decisions made by police authorities
- We do not handle vehicle recovery or transportation
- We cannot override official impound procedures
5. Your Obligations
When using our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete documentation
- Prove legal ownership or right to collect the vehicle
- Pay any applicable impound fees directly to the facility
- Obtain valid insurance before vehicle release
- Comply with all legal requirements for vehicle release
6. Fees and Payments
Our fee structure includes:
- Documentation processing fee: £100 per document
- Service facilitation fee: £150 for vehicles engine size 2.0
- £200 for 3.0
- £300 for 4:0 and above
Note: Impound facility fees, insurance premiums, and other third-party costs are not included in our fees and must be paid separately to the relevant parties.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We handle sensitive information related to vehicle ownership and insurance. Our data handling complies with:
- GDPR and UK Data Protection Act 2018
- FCA data protection requirements
- Police and impound facility data sharing protocols

8. Complaints Procedure
